Programs
Movement (Yoga & Physical Regulation)
Youth yoga and movement training that supports body awareness, calm, and confidence. Children learn:
- Body awareness
- Breath control
- Flexibility and strength
- How to calm themselves when overwhelmed
Outcome: Improved focus, emotional control, and physical confidence.
Mindfulness (Meditation & Sound Bowl)
Guided meditation, emotional check-ins, and sound bowl relaxation to support nervous system regulation. Children practice:
- Quiet reflection
- Emotional check-ins
- Visualization for confidence
- Tools to manage stress and frustration
Outcome: Better behavior regulation and stronger self-awareness.
Creative Expression (Art Labs & Identity Development)
Guided creative sessions that support self-expression, focus, and confidence. Children create:
- Personal affirmation canvases
- Vision boards for the school year
- Painting and mixed media projects
- Journaling and guided reflection artwork
Outcome: Stronger self-expression, improved focus, and increased confidence through completed work.
Nutrition (Healthy Eating Habits)
Simple, age-appropriate workshops that teach children how to build healthy habits. Children learn:
- Food as fuel (energy and focus)
- Hydration habits
- How to make balanced choices
- Simple label awareness (kid-friendly)
Outcome: Better daily habits and stronger long-term decision-making around health.
Leadership Development (Structure & Responsibility)
Leadership development through routines, roles, and group expectations. Children practice:
- Responsibility through daily roles
- Follow-through and accountability
- Teamwork and respectful communication
- Confidence and leadership presence
Outcome: Stronger discipline, improved follow-through, and increased leadership confidence.

Daily Structure Preview
Each day follows a consistent rhythm to help children feel safe, focused, and engaged—without being overly rigid.
- Arrival + Check-In Circle (welcome, emotional check-in, intention for the day)
- Movement Block (youth yoga, stretching, body awareness, regulation)
- Mindfulness Block (breathwork, guided meditation, sound bowl reset)
- Creative Lab (art, journaling, reflection-based projects)
- Nutrition Workshop + Healthy Snack (food as fuel, hydration, mindful eating)
- Leadership Practice (team roles, responsibility routines, group collaboration)
- Closing Circle (reflection, take-home tool, gratitude/reset)
Field Experiences
When included, field experiences reinforce confidence, curiosity, and community connection through supervised group outings.

Parent Showcase
At the end of the week, families are invited to a culminating showcase where children share what they practiced and created. Parents will see highlights from movement and mindfulness routines, view student art and reflection work, and celebrate growth in confidence, focus, and self-awareness. The showcase is designed to help families continue these tools at home after the program ends.


Ready to Register?
Spots for Rooted & Ready Reset are intentionally limited to ensure small-group engagement, personalized attention, safe and structured learning, and high-quality facilitation. Once enrollment is full, registration closes. If your child is entering a new grade, rebuilding confidence, struggling with focus, or simply ready to grow—this is their week. Give them structure. Give them tools. Give them a reset.
