Frequently Asked Questions

Rooted & Ready Reset programs are designed for youth ages 5 to 12. We group children by developmental stages to ensure activities are age-appropriate, engaging, and supportive for all participants.

Our programs run year-round with seasonal camps, school break camps, and summer sessions. Specific dates are released quarterly on our PROGRAM page. Check back often or join our mailing list for early access to registration.

Drop-off begins at 8:45 AM with a soft start to help children settle in. Pick-up is promptly at 3:00 PM. Late pick-ups may incur a fee. Extended care options are available upon request—please inquire for availability.

Children are supervised at all times by trained staff. We maintain structured routines, clear expectations, and safety procedures designed to support a safe, supportive environment.

We understand plans change. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior may receive a credit toward a future program, pending review. Please contact us for specific circumstances.

Sponsored seats are limited and awarded based on need and availability. Families can apply using the Sponsored Seat Application. Submitting an application does not guarantee funding.

We do our best to accommodate dietary needs and allergies. Please list all allergies and restrictions during registration so we can plan snacks safely.
