Every session at the Rooted & Ready Reset is led by certified wellness educators and CPR-trained staff who are passionate about empowering young people. We work from a trauma-informed perspective to build a space where every child feels safe, seen, and ready to explore their own strength.

Located right in the heart of Minneapolis, our wellness camp is a vibrant space for children to find their center. This is far from standard childcare. It is a thoughtful five-day journey through yoga, art, and soul care.
