Origin of the Camp
Rooted & Ready Reset was created to meet a growing need for structured, supportive youth wellness programming. The goal is to give children practical tools they can use at home and in school—tools that support calm, confidence, and healthy routines.
A Solid Foundation for Every Child
Why It Was Created
Many children carry stress, transitions, and emotional overwhelm without having the tools to process it. RRR was designed to teach age-appropriate regulation skills through movement, mindfulness, creative expression, nutrition awareness, and leadership development.

RRR serves children ages 5-12 years old, with a community-centered focus that supports families and strengthens youth outcomes through preventative development.

Leadership Philosophy
We lead with structure, care, and clear expectations. Children learn responsibility, collaboration, and confidence through routines, guided reflection, and leadership practice.
A five-day program designed to help kids stand tall and breathe through the stress.
